Thank you for your interest in participating as a food vendor at the Sublimity Harvest Festival (SHF). To be considered, please complete the application at the bottom of the information.
Friday-Gates open at 5pm Entertainment tent closes at 1am
Saturday- Gates open at Noon Entertainment tent closes at 1am
Sunday- Gates open 10am Gates close at 6pm
If we have not seen your booth or you are new to the festival please attach pictures.
It is up to Sublimity Harvest Festival (SHF) whether there will be an exclusive soft drink company.
*Food booth fees
Booth space fees are $500 per 10×10 (so a 10×20 would be $1000 and so on). 50% of payment is due no later than May 1st with the remainder due no later than July 1st. Fees are not refundable after August 1. If you are inquiring after May 1st, 50% of payment is due as soon as possible and your space will not be held until payment is received.
Price wars are NOT tolerated! Once you are accepted as a vendor for the festival, you must submit your menu with the prices you plan on charging. Prices are checked throughout the weekend.
*Commercial Vendors (this would be a business or non-food vendor)
$250 per 10×10 (so a 10×20 would be $500). Payment requirements are the same as food vendors.
*Non-Commercial Vendor (home based business IE Tupperware, Scentsy, etc.)
$175 per 10×10 (so a 10×20 would be $350). Payment requirements are the same as food vendors.
A current insurance certificate naming Sublimity Harvest Festival, and Volunteers must accompany the signed contract.
