Terms and Conditions

You will be given an entrant number on the day of the pull at the announces stand.
You must have your entrant number to participate.
Day pass will be given for puller on day of pull. Children under 16 will get a pass for themselves and one for a parent or guardian.
If your application is incomplete your registration will be returned and you WILL NOT PULL.
Only Pre-registered vehicles will be allowed to pull.

RELEASE & WAIVER: I/We assume all risk and hazards incidental to such participation and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sublimity Harvest Festival and Directors for any claim arising out of any injury to my child or person during the ATV Pull.
